Refund policy
At REVE, we take great care in crafting every piece to ensure it’s perfect before it reaches you. While we do not offer exchanges or returns in general, exceptions are made in certain situations. Here’s everything you need to know:
1. Quality Control
Each item is thoroughly inspected for quality before shipping to ensure it arrives in excellent condition. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect product, we’re here to make it right.

2. Cancellation Policy
Once an order has been placed, we are unable to cancel or modify it. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.
3. Return Policy
We do not accept returns unless the product is incorrect or damaged due to an error on our part.
For eligible returns:
- Replacements will only be shipped after the returned item has been received and inspected.
- If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
To begin the process, email us at reve.inquiries@gmail.com with:
- An unboxing video and a photo clearly showing the issue.
- Confirmation that the product is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags intact.
The customers will have the following options:
- Receive store credits equal to the value of your purchase.
- Get a replacement for the product.
4. Refund Policy
We currently do not offer refunds. However, we’re happy to provide store credit upon receiving and reviewing the returned item to ensure it meets the required conditions.

- Timeframe: Contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
- Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags intact.
- Packaging: Ensure the item is returned in its original packaging.
Exchange Requests
If the request does not meet the conditions mentioned above, we reserve the right to refuse the replacement.
Non-Eligible Returns
- Items purchased on sale or with a discount are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons like a change of mind or minor imperfections. Exchanges are only accepted for damaged or incorrect products.
