At REVE, we make it a priority to get your orders to you as quickly as possible!

Processing Time

Orders typically take up to 2 weeks to process, as most items are made-to-order. Once ready, we ship your orders within 2–3 business days.

Please note that business days refer to Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.

Delivery Time

Once your order is on its way, you can expect delivery within 2-7 days. (However, sometimes couriers like to take their time, so a little patience goes a long way!)

Incorrect or Incomplete Details

If your provided details are incomplete or incorrect, and your package gets returned to us, we'll need to recharge for shipping to resend the package to you.

Delays Due to Local Restrictions

While we strive to ensure smooth deliveries, local restrictions may sometimes cause delays that are beyond our control. We’ll do our best to get your order moving as quickly as possible, but we can't be held responsible for these types of delays.

Stuck Package?

If your package seems to be stuck or you have any concerns about your delivery, don’t hesitate to DM/Email us. However, we cannot be held responsible for the same. We’ll work closely with the courier to get things sorted—no stress! ✨
